AID4GREENEST researchers, Kiran Kumaraswamy and Yoav Nahshon from Fraunhofer IWM, have presented an informative Hands-On Webinar designed to provide an understanding of the importance of standardised and FAIR documentation processes, such as characterisation, modelling and manufacturing.
FAIR data processes ensure that research data is Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable, maximising its value, transparency, and impact across the scientific community.
The session also provided participants with the opportunity to gain practical knowledge and hands-on experience with a vocabulary tool for registering relevant process terms, and a process editor tool for documenting processes.
Innovations in such tools are of high importance in overcoming the limitations of traditional approaches to dealing with CHAracterisation DAta (CHADA).
