AID4GREENEST researcher, IMDEA Materials Institute’s Dr. Ilchat Sabirov, was on hand at the recent European Steel Technology Platform (ESTEP)’s Annual event in Austria.
Dr. Sabirov used the opportunity to highlight AID4GREENEST’s ongoing contribution to the development of a circular green steel economy. In particular, his presentation focused on the project’s role in the digital transformation and sustainable innovation in European steel manufacturing.
Last week’s event, ‘H2 for Green Steel Meets a Circular Economy Driven by European Steel’, served as a hub for European steel community to discuss the work being done within the Clean Steel Partnership (CSP) and in the decarbonisation of the steel sector.
