There can be no doubt that Artificial Intelligence is revolutionising science and technology and, in particular, materials science.
In a recent roundtable event organised by Universidad Nebrija, AID4GREENEST and IMDEA Materials Institute researcher, Prof. Ignacio Romero presented his results and reflections on this important topic.
In particular, Prof. Romero explored how AI can lead to the discovery and development of new materials with applications in diverse fields like energy storage, biomaterials, multifunctional and sustainable materials, and many more.
He also highlighted how this technology is being used in the modelling of complex materials in the AID4GREENEST project.
