AID4GREENEST researcher Dr. Christina Schenk from IMDEA Materials will be presenting first modelling and calibration efforts related to AID4GREENEST at the upcoming SIAM Conference on Mathematical Aspects of Materials Science (MS24).
The 1-week Conference will be held from May 19 to 23, 2024, in Pittsburgh, PA, USA.
During her presentation, Christina will showcase the initial results of modelling and calibration research activities, including uncertainty quantification. The efforts aim to predict steel creep behaviour and estimate creep life based on the outcomes of accelerated creep testing.
This is relevant to the AID4GREENEST project, which strives to develop green #steel using artificial intelligence, thereby improving sustainability in the sector.
